Vision
The University Library envisions becoming a premier resource center that provides excellent, inclusive,
and globally recognized services across all fields of specialization, contributing to the production of
globally competent professionals who are prepared for the challenges of the global knowledge economy,

Mission
The University Library is committed to providing a comprehensive source of information for students,
faculty, and the community, supporting the university‘s mission to offer leading-edge degree programs,
innovative professional, entrepreneurial, and technical instruction, and research and extension programs
that meet the needs of the region, the nation, and the global economy.
Goals
The university library shall provide relevant and adequate information resources and services that support
CTU‘s vision of becoming globally recognized institution for research, innovation, and quality education.
It aims to enhance the university‘s academic and professional pursuits through world-class performance
and excellence in total quality management.
